"one-off lucky-shot or else routine"

I don't know if it was simply a one-off lucky-shot or else routine and par-for-the-course, but for me it certainly felt like a hole-in-one as far as my experience with the crew at the Eastside shop is concerned. I purchased a new vehicle from you folks this past week, and everyone (everyone!) from the salesman to the service-manager, and everyone in between, could not have done a better job in making me feel not only satisfied and quite comfortable with my purchase, but also downright pleased with the whole process. Rene Hernandez managed to locate the exact vehicle for which I was searching, and he offered me the car at a fair price that was competitive with Phoenix dealers (here in Tucson we always hear how much cheaper it is to buy from PHX dealers). By the time he and I shook hands as I was preparing to drive my new vehicle away, I felt I had been taken care of by an old friend. I picked the car up two days after stopping by your shop, informing Rene of exactly what I was looking for, discussing options with him, and having my trade-in appraised (I was also quite satisfied being offered book-value for my trade-in). Ken Weiss and Cynthia Williams in Finance could not have been more helpful in providing me with all the information and options necessary for me to make the best decisions for financing the vehicle, along with its future security and warranty possibilities. Not only were they informative, but also quite helpful, professional and extremely friendly. My last stop before driving away was a short visit with Carlos De La Rosa in the service department, one more friendly, professional and informative staffer at Jim Click Mazda. He walked me through servicing options and what to expect in the future. Obviously, I was quite impressed and pleased with the whole experience and every single person with whom I interacted during the entire process. I really have to hand it to you and your crew, I never thought I could possibly enjoy dealing with a dealer, whereas up til now the process has always seemed as adversarial and self-serving as a treaty-summit. Congratulations and keep up the good work, and I hope the car itself lives up to the high standards that the dealership has exhibited (you can rest assured that I'll certainly let you know, either way). Thank you and the entire staff for everything.

"You all rock!!"

Your service team is amazing! I recently needed to have a window repaired. It was broken and stuck all the way down. Within moments of my leaving a message, Carlos was calling me to schedule an appointment. Realizing that this was ... "my window is open and stuck," he set me up for an appointment the next morning. When I pulled up, he greeted me by name, and my car was on its way. As always, when I went into the waiting area, there was fresh coffee. And after waiting only a few moments, Jerry gave me a ride home in the shuttle. Carlos called me soon after with a diagnosis and an estimate. My car was fixed within a few hours! I called Jerry in the early afternoon and he gave me a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car. And, as usual, as an extra service they had run it through the car wash. From the initial phone call to the very end, I was treated with courtesy, respect and good will. Since buying it from your dealership five years ago, I have always been treated this way. I can't imaging going anywhere else. You all rock!!
